Welcome To Bronzeville Pilates- Pre Pilates Class

New to Pilates? Let’s start together.

This complimentary 50-minute class is your gentle introduction to the Bronzeville Pilates experience. Designed with beginners in mind, this session is all about easing into movement in a safe, supportive, and no-pressure setting.


We’ll take time to work out the kinks, answer your questions, and explore the basics of Pilates without the intimidation. Cone as you are. Let’s move with intention, and breathe a little deeper—together.

Online—Intro To Pilates

This class is our gift to the community! Perfect for those new to Pilates and the space, it gives you a chance to feel the vibe and make sure it’s the right fit before fully committing. 

This is a 30-minute complimentary class that is online only. Register to receive zoom link

Group Reformer Level 1

This Level 1 Reformer class is where the real work begins. If you’ve taken our intro session or are familiar with the basics, this class will help you build strength, control, and confidence on the reformer.

We focus on core connection, clean movement patterns, and understanding how to work with the springs, straps, and carriage to support  and challenge your body. . Expect clear, hands-on instruction that meets you where you are, with plenty of guidance on form, breath, and alignment.

Foundations

In this class, you'll build strength in your core muscles. Focused on strengthening the back, abdominals, and hip muscles, it helps you develop a strong foundation for your movement practice.

Group Reformer Level 2

Level  2 is where your Pilates practice starts to expand. This class is designed for clients who have a solid foundation and are ready to take on more complex movement patterns, increased spring resistance, and a quicker pace.

You’ll work on deeper core integration, layered coordination, and transitions that require focus and control. We’ll introduce more dynamic sequences, challenge your balance, and invite you to move with strength and precision—without sacrificing form.

Angel Wings

Sexy back, arms, and chest—that's where this class will take you! While still offering a full-body workout, the focus will be on the role your back, arms, and chest play in each movement. Take a standard bridge, for example. It’s pretty obvious the glutes and legs are involved, but what about the back and arms???

B+

B+ is a challenging yet beginner-friendly class designed to build core strength, endurance, and flexibility. In this class, you’ll learn classical Pilates while incorporating modern strength training techniques to help you progress to the next fitness level.

Step it Up

Just as the name implies, this class is designed to level up your practice! By the time you’re ready for this class, you’ll feel confident in your B+ classes. Is B+ easy now? Not at all! But you’ll be ready to embrace the challenge. This class introduces more bodyweight exercises, coordination, and control. Did someone say precision???

Rhythm

Pilates isn’t just a collection of exercises to target your abdominals! The movements are interconnected, allowing your body to flow from one exercise to the next while working your entire body. Pilates has a rhythm, count, and flow to it. In this class, you’ll learn to breathe and transition seamlessly from one move to the next, with a focus on breathwork and smooth transitions.

Megan Knees

If you want strong knees that don’t hurt when you get down low, you MUST strengthen your glutes and hip muscles! This class focuses on building strength and flexibility in the lower body. While it’s still a full-body workout, the lower body is the star of the show.

Release

This is where we slow down and release the stress we carry in both our bodies and minds. Combining the best of Pilates and Yoga, this class is designed to unwind tension and promote relaxation.

Yoga for Beginners

Dive deeper into your healing and stress management practice with this calming Yoga class. Using scents, sounds, breathwork, and simple mantras, you'll reconnect with your inner serenity.

Jump Board Pilates Reformer- Cardio Shred

Jumpboard Pilates: Cardio Shred Reformer

Fire up your metabolism and sculpt from head to toe in our Cardio Shred Jumpboard class—a high-energy Pilates workout that fuses low-impact jumping with deep core activation. Using the jumpboard on the reformer, you’ll move through dynamic sequences designed to elevate your heart rate while toning legs, glutes, arms, and abs.

This class delivers the cardio you crave with the precision and control Pilates is known for.
