In this class, you'll build strength in your core muscles. Focused on strengthening the back, abdominals, and hip muscles, it helps you develop a strong foundation for your movement practice.
Sexy back, arms, and chest—that's where this class will take you! While still offering a full-body workout, the focus will be on the role your back, arms, and chest play in each movement. Take a standard bridge, for example. It’s pretty obvious the glutes and legs are involved, but what about the back and arms???
B+ is a challenging yet beginner-friendly class designed to build core strength, endurance, and flexibility. In this class, you’ll learn classical mat Pilates while incorporating modern strength training techniques to help you progress to the next fitness level.
Just as the name implies, this class is designed to level up your practice! By the time you’re ready for this class, you’ll feel confident in your B+ classes. Is B+ easy now? Not at all! But you’ll be ready to embrace the challenge. This class introduces more bodyweight exercises, coordination, and control. Did someone say precision???
Pilates isn’t just a collection of exercises to target your abdominals! The movements are interconnected, allowing your body to flow from one exercise to the next while working your entire body. Pilates has a rhythm, count, and flow to it. In this class, you’ll learn to breathe and transition seamlessly from one move to the next, with a focus on breathwork and smooth transitions.
If you want strong knees that don’t hurt when you get down low, you MUST strengthen your glutes and hip muscles! This class focuses on building strength and flexibility in the lower body. While it’s still a full-body workout, the lower body is the star of the show.
This is where we slow down and release the stress we carry in both our bodies and minds. Combining the best of Pilates and Yoga, this class is designed to unwind tension and promote relaxation.
