    offers a perfect balance of personalized attention and shared energy. With smaller class sizes, clients receive hands-on guidance and personalized attention without the cost of private training. Each session is intentionally designed to feel supportive and impactful. Allowing the client to learn to move with confidence and precision. This is how Pilates is meant to be practiced, with focused and intention.

     Private training is the most personalized way to move heal and progress. Each one on one session is fully tailored to your body – ideal for those transitioning out of physical therapy, managing, sensitive, or delicate areas, or seeking focused attention to fast track their strength and confidence. With expert guidance, precise queuing, and intentional programming, every movement supports your recovery and long-term resilience. This is a high touch service where your goal and needs lead the session.

    YOGA AND DEEP STRETCH

    Our yoga classes offer a grounded, intentional practice, focus on breath, mobility, strength and stress relief. These classes complement Pilates beautifully while staying true to their discipline. We offer complementary community classes that focuses on gentle movement, breath work, and stress, relief. For those looking for more of a challenge, we also offer intermediate yoga classes as well.  If stretches what you’re looking for also check out our Deep Stretch, reformer classes. These classes blend core and joint stability with elegant, deep hip openers back, stretches, and more.
